Learning to identify sounds in words to help my reading

This term I have been learning to:

  • identify phonic letters and sounds within words
  • identify high frequency sight words
  • use Reading Eggs to help me learn to identify sounds

I like this because he say, I say, I repeat him.  Its good because I can learn it.
Sarim  30.03.17

Keep up the great work Sarim.  Looking at the letters and listening to the sounds is a great way for you to learn.  Log in to Reading Eggs often at home and school to help you develop your skills.  Mrs Templeton  30.03.17

Statistics: Learning to sort, count, display and make statements about the information

I have been learning to:
  • sort objects into categories for display and make a class pictograph with support
  • discuss the results and make statements

This is tricky for me because there's lots of words.  Sometimes I don't understand.  Sarim 30.03.17

Keep trying to make sense of what you hear Sarim.  Please remember to show resilience by asking for help when you need it.  Mrs Templeton  30.03.17
